Sam's Xpress Car Wash

I enjoyed washing my car with Sam's Xpress. One of the best in the area. Eli was so kind and helpful to offer to help me wipe down my car after my wash. He's such a great employee that should be recognized for his efforts to provide a great experience and exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond. I am pleased with my experience and my wash. Thank you!

Good wash. Did not flip my mirrors. Minimal touchups needed (first car wash that has happened). Staff were very kind, and quick to help wash my mats. They even checked in after and asked if everything was good. Chickfila level service. Also all the supplies were well stocked.

What a great price! The top of the line wash was twenty five dollars. And here's the kicker I have a week to come back and get the exact same wash using the QR code on my receipt. So the top of the line wash was actually $12.50. Today I left my home in Bowling Green, Kentucky and drove all the way to Raleigh North Carolina for a medical conference. Raleigh was my home for many years. My car was covered in dead bugs and road grime. I asked the attendant if the quality of the wash was gonna be good enough to get the dead bug juice off of my windshield in front of my car. He said the top of the line.Wash had a bug juice on it and that if it didn't work I could go through a second time. He was that confident. It was a quick wash, but at the prewash, the guy named Z ( on his name badge) spent a lot of time on my windshield in the front. Anyway, I went through without incident, popped out the other side, hopped out and looked around the car looked fabulous. If I lived here, I'd go ahead and pay for the monthly rate. The place is clean. The vacuum stations are also clean and the suction has good strength.

The best car wash to use and they have a built in AAA. While vacuuming my vehicle I accidentally locked my keys inside my car. Cory and Isaiah unlocked my car door within minutes. Not aware of any other car wash companies able to provide this type of stellar service. Thanks Again!

Definitely a five star car wash probably the longest car wash I’ve been in in the state of North Carolina. They don’t run you through at 15 miles an hour JB get you from the door. What a gentleman I won’t even go into detail. It would be too long, wasn’t a greasy towel. Nowhere in sight like other car washes soaked with armor all towels were like brand new JB ran me through check with me. The whole time asked me if I needed to run through again brought out air fresheners brought out coupons. They run you slowly through there and you get all the goodies that you pay for no rush job JB thank you so much. My truck has been set for one year. All I did is wipe it down with those dry towels you guys got when I got home armor all the tires check it five stars definitely probably the best car wash in the state of North Carolina. Look for my boy JB he got it going on. He’s bringing you tons of stuff helping you wipe down checking with you good service comes with a smile that’s for facts. This is the car wash. Has it going on the staff is awesome drink machine snack machine machines car accessories all in the area cheap best car wash I’ve had in a long time. I’ve never had to run it through
